Dj SuperStereo - Gusto EP

DJ SuperStereo has started his musician career at age 10 as a drummer at their shed. Playing drums is still an important part of his life because he plays the drums in the Hungarian pop band Péterfy Bori & Love Band. Furthermore he plays on every kind of percussion instruments too.
In 2008 he decided to try himself as a producer and DJ. That time he was inspired by traditional folk and gypsy music and the sweet memories of country life. These impressions motivated him to combine together gypsy folk moods with modern dance music (especially house) to create a special sound that he can play in his dj sets.
His tunes often played by international acts and djs like Shazalakazoo, Dj Click, Gaetano Fabri or Dj Tagada to name a few. He did remixes for Hungarian bands like Péterfi Bori & Love Band, Úzgin Űver, Amorf Lovagok but also remixed the Boban & Marko Markovic Orkestar, Jaune Toujours or Dj Delay.
A two-tracker Zouk Bass release “Jing-Jang EP” came out this summer at Generation Bass. A bit later he dropped the "Hajnal EP" which features Péterfi Bori’s vocals. The original track “Hajnal” was a big success in Hungary and played by many radio stations.
Now this time he returns with the "Gusto EP".
The title track "Gusto" is an elegant balearic house tune with nice percussions, easy synth melodies and accordions. "Pestoh" continues the trip that “Gusto” started. We got a smooth moody house with zither. In "Flute Amore" DJ SuperStereo elegantly combines lovely flutes with trap and chill out sound. Unusual combination for sure but it works! The Savages Y Suefo remix of "Gusto" operates with broken beats and latin percussions to add some sexy flavour to the original taste. No doubt that this release is equally good for dancing or relaxing on a beach. Simply Gusto!
